Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

- Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days across India.
- Delivery time may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Charges

- We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee may be applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) option for your convenience.
- COD may not be available in some remote areas.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to track your shipment in real-time.

Delays & Issues
While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Important Note
As we deal in food products (spices), we ensure proper packaging and hygiene standards. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
